Ingredients |
Utensils |
| Venison strips, 1
1/2 inch wide X 1/4 inch thick |
Large bowl |
| 1/4 cup soy sauce |
Bamboo skewers |
| 1/3 cup teriyaki
sauce |
|
| 1/3 cup honey |
|
| 2 tablespoons oil |
|
| 1 tablespoon chopped
garlic |
|
| 1 teaspoon ground
ginger |
|
| 1
teaspoon ground ginger |
|
Directions
For marinade, mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, oil, garlic, and
ginger
Pour over venison strips and refrigerate for several hours, turning often
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 10 minutes
Thread venison strips onto skewers to lay flat
Grill over very hot coals for 2 to 4 minutes on each side
Serve immediately |
