VENISON & BROCCOLI

Ingredients

Utensils

1 pound venison stew meat Sauce pan
2 cups water Frying pan
1 10 ounce package frozen broccoli  
1 box beef flavored rice mix  
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce  
3 tablespoons flour  
1/2 cup water  
3 tablespoons oil  
Salt and pepper  
Directions
In sauce pan, brown venison in 3 tablespoons oil
Season with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce
Add two cups of water
Simmer until meat is tender, 1-1/2 hours adding water as necessary
Place frozen broccoli on top of meat
Cover and simmer
In frying pan, prepare rice mix according to package instructions, adding an additional 1/2 cup of water
Add meat mixture and broth to rice mix
Bring to a boil
Mix flour and water
Add small amounts to venison and broccoli until thickened
