MUSHROOM VENISON LOINS

Ingredients |
Utensils |
| 12 - 15 venison tenderloins, 1/2
inch thick |
Sauce pan with lid |
| 1/2 cup onions, dices |
|
| 2 cans cream of mushroom soup |
|
| 1 cup water |
|
| Black
pepper and seasoned salt to taste |
|
Directions
Braise meat in water
Add onions, seasoned salt and black pepper
Cook until done
Add mushroom soup and one can of water
Simmer for 20 minutes, do not overcook meat |
