VENISON FAJITAS

Ingredients

Utensils

1 tablespoon vegetable oil Large non-stick skillet
1 lb. venison steak, sliced into 1/4 inch strips  
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing  
1/2 package taco seasoning  
1 green pepper, seeded and cut into strips  
2 onions, peeled and cut onto rings  
6 large flour tortillas, warmed  
shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa and any other toppings you like on your fajitas  
Directions
Step One: Pour the Italian dressing over the meat, moistening all of it.
Then sprinkle the taco seasoning over all the pieces.

Step Two: In a large skillet or wok (preferable nonstick), heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Stir-fry the onions and peppers until soft
Then add the venison.
Keep it moving, cooking it quickly.

Step Three: Fill the tortillas with the meat, onion and pepper mixture and any of the other toppings you like. Fold up the tortillas and pig out.

Step Four: Wash one pan...yee hah!
