VENISON FAJITAS

Ingredients |
Utensils |
| 1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
Large non-stick skillet |
| 1 lb. venison steak, sliced into
1/4 inch strips |
|
| 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing |
|
| 1/2 package taco seasoning |
|
| 1 green pepper, seeded and cut
into strips |
|
| 2 onions, peeled and cut onto
rings |
|
| 6 large flour tortillas, warmed |
|
|
shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced
tomatoes, sour cream, salsa and any other toppings you like on your fajitas |

Directions
Step One: Pour the Italian dressing over the meat, moistening all of
it.
Then sprinkle the taco seasoning over all the pieces.
Step Two: In a large skillet or wok (preferable
nonstick), heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Stir-fry the onions and peppers until soft
Then add the venison.
Keep it moving, cooking it quickly.
Step Three: Fill the tortillas with the meat,
onion and pepper mixture and any of the other toppings you like. Fold up the
tortillas and pig out.
Step Four: Wash one pan...yee hah! |
