Ingredients |
Utensils |
| Backstrap |
Small lidded jar |
| 3 1/2 cups water |
Roasting pan |
| 1 dried onion soup mix |
|
| 1 teaspoon liquid smoke |
|
| Pinch
of salt
and pepper |
|
Directions
Mix all ingredients except backstrap in a small lidded jar and shake
well
Place backstrap in a roasting pan and pour mixture over meat
Cover meat and place in oven at 350°F for approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hours
Baste about every 30 minutes |
