Ingredients

Utensils

Backstrap Small lidded jar
3 1/2 cups water Roasting pan
1 dried onion soup mix  
1 teaspoon liquid smoke  
Pinch of salt and pepper  
Directions
Mix all ingredients except backstrap in a small lidded jar and shake well
Place backstrap in a roasting pan and pour mixture over meat
Cover meat and place in oven at 350°F for approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hours
Baste about every 30 minutes
