| 1 turkey, cut into
pieces |
Mixing bowl |
| 1/2 cup butter |
Cookie Sheet |
| 1 teaspoon salt |
|
| 2 cups cornflakes,
crushed |
|
| 2
teaspoons seasoned salt |
|
Directions
Salt turkey overnight
Melt butter
In a large bowl, combine cornflakes, salt and seasoned salt
Dip each piece in butter and roll in cornflake mixture
Place on cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until done
