Set squirrels on large pan and let simmer
over burner, along with about half of the water.
Wait until squirrels look almost cooked and
add the beans and the rest of the water.
(Optional: Add onions or peppers or spices,
etc.)
Wait until squirrels look like they will
burn if not removed from heat.
Remove squirrels from pan.
Serve on a platter or cut up into pieces and
serve in salad.
