| 4 pheasant breasts |
Mixing bowl |
| 1 cup wild rice |
Skillet |
| 4 cups water |

| 1 4 ounce can of
mushrooms |
|
| 1
can cream of mushroom soup |
|
Directions
Wash rice, soak several hours, then cook in water until fully absorbed
Fold in the remaining ingredients and bake at 350°F for one hour
