PHEASANT MELT

Ingredients |
Utensils |
| 2 Pheasants - cut
into pieces (breast, thigh & legs) |
9X13 Baking Dish |
| 1 jar of Dried Beef |
|
| 1 lb. bacon |
|
| 1 can of cream of
mushroom soup |
|
| 8 oz. sour cream |
|
|
Swiss Cheese (shredded or sliced) |
|
Directions
Cut dried beef in strips and put on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish
Wrap a strip of bacon around each piece of pheasant then put on top of dried
beef
Mix soup and sour cream together then pour over pheasant
Bake at 350°F degrees for 2 hours
The last 10 minutes, put Swiss cheese on top to melt
Serve with Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
(Sometimes I throw it into the crock pot on low for 8 hours) |
