Ingredients |

| 1 pound moose steak |
Large skillet with cover |
| 2 14 ounce can seasoned tomatoes
- Cajun, Italian, or Mexican |
|
| 1 medium onion, diced |
|
| 1 medium green pepper, diced |
|
| Black pepper |
|
| Garlic powder |
|
| Egg
noodles |
|
Directions
Brown meat and drain
Slice meat in thin strips
Add onion and pepper
Sauté
Put meat, onion, pepper and tomatoes in pan with seasonings and cover and
simmer until done
Serve over noodles |
