Ingredients |
Utensils |
| 1 to 2 pounds moose meat, cubed |
Large pot |
| 1 can carrots, not drained |
Skillet |
| 1 can peas, not drained |
|
| 1 can corn, not drained |
|
| 2 large potatoes, diced |
|
| 1 large onion, diced |
|
| 1 can beef soup |
|
| 1 can minestrone soup |
|
| 1 can beef gravy with mushrooms |
|
| 3 bay leaves, crushed |
|
| Thyme |
|
| Basil |
|
Directions
Sear moose cubes and keep juices
Combine meat and juices with carrots, peas, corn, potatoes and onion in
large pot
Cook for 30 minutes
Add soups, gravy and your favorite seasonings, such as thyme and basil
Cook on low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours |
