Ingredients |
Utensils |
| 1 1/2 pounds moose steak or stew
meat cut into 1 1/2 to 2 inch cubes |
Skewers |
| Cherry tomatoes |
Bowl |
| Onions, cubed |
|
| Zucchini,
cubed |
|
| Red, yellow or green peppers,
cubed |
|
| Any other vegetables you like |
|
| Teriyaki
sauce |
|
Directions
Marinate cubed moose meat in teriyaki sauce for about 1 hour
Then place on skewers, alternating meat with vegetables
Grill on indoor or outdoor grill or under broiler
Cook until the meat is just pink in the center
Do not overcook
Brush with leftover marinade 1 or 2 times during grilling |
