Frying pan |

| Black pepper |

| Onion, sliced |

| Green pepper, sliced |

| Garlic powder |

| Soy sauce |

Directions
Remove silver skin and connecting tissue from moose
Slice meat into thin strips
Brown with black pepper in oil
Add onion, green pepper, garlic powder and a dash of soy sauce
Cook until done
Serve on hoagie buns with hot or mild pepper rings, steak sauce, or spicy
mustard |
