SAUERKRAUT MOOSE BALLS

Ingredients

Utensils

1 pound ground moose Large mixing bowl
1/2 pound ground pork Cookie sheet
3 eggs Deep fryer or skillet
1 cup sauerkraut, squeezed dry and finely chopped  
1/2 cup processed cheese spread  
1 small onion, minced  
1 teaspoon minced garlic  
Salt and pepper  
1 cup dried fine breadcrumbs  
Oil for deep-frying  
Directions
Mix together all ingredients, except bread crumbs
Roll into 1 inch balls, then in bread crumbs
Place on cookie sheet and chill for 30 minutes
Heat oil to 400°F and deep fry balls a few at a time for about 30 seconds or until golden brown
Drain on paper towels
Serve with super-hot or sweet-hot mustard
