GRILLED FISH
STEAKS
I like to use a hinged grate for
barbequing, it makes life much simpler; fish don't fall into the fire and
you can put the whole meal on one grate and cook it all at once |

Ingredients |
Utensils |
| 1 pound of fish steaks |
Mixing bowl |
| 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce |
Grill |
| 1/4 cup prepared mustard |
|
| 1/4
cup mayonnaise |
|
Directions
Preheat barbeque on high for 10 minutes
Turn down to medium heat
Brush both sides of the steaks with soy sauce
Combine mustard and mayonnaise and brush that onto the steaks
Grill 5 minutes to a side or until you can flake it with a fork
