| 1 duck |
|
| 1 small can mandarin
orange sections |
|
| 1 packet Ocean Spray
"Craisins" |
|
| 1 bouquet fresh
herbs for poultry |
|
| 1 tbsp corn starch |
|
|
1 "nip" size Grand Marnier |
|
Directions
Bring juice from Mandarin Orange sections to a boil, add craisins,
cook only 'til reconstituted
Drain off juice and save
Combine orange sections, craisins, and herbs, and put in duck puncture skin
and roast roast until done to taste
Combine cornstarch and juice, cook til thickened, and add Grand Marnier
Slice duck, and pour sauce over slices |
