Non-aluminum bowl |
| 2 cups buttermilk |
|
| 1 teaspoon ginger |
|
| 2 cloves garlic, crushed |
|
| 1 teaspoon salt |
|
| 1
teaspoon pepper |
|
Directions
Mix buttermilk, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper in non-aluminum bowl
Place bear steaks in marinade, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning
meat 2 or 3 times
Transfer steaks directly from marinade to hot grill
Cook until done |
