MARINATED BEAR STEAKS

Ingredients

Utensils

Bear steaks Non-aluminum bowl
2 cups buttermilk  
1 teaspoon ginger  
2 cloves garlic, crushed  
1 teaspoon salt  
1 teaspoon pepper  
Directions
Mix buttermilk, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper in non-aluminum bowl
Place bear steaks in marinade, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning meat 2 or 3 times
Transfer steaks directly from marinade to hot grill

Cook until done
