BEAR MADE EASY
A quick and easy recipe

Ingredients

Utensils

12 - 16 ounce bear, cut into pieces Mixing bowl
2 tablespoons flour for base Cast iron skillet
2 teaspoons powdered ginger  
1/2 teaspoon powdered cloves  
Shortening  
Salt  
Pepper  
Directions
Thoroughly mix seasonings together with the flour
Using a medium cast iron skillet, melt a dollop of shortening at medium heat
Season by liberally sprinkling the seasoning-flour mix on both sides of the meat until gone
Place meat in skillet to fry
Cook meat until done
