| 12 - 16 ounce bear, cut into
pieces |
Mixing bowl |
| 2 tablespoons flour for base |
Cast iron skillet |
| 2 teaspoons powdered ginger |
|
| 1/2 teaspoon powdered cloves |
|
| Shortening |
|
| Salt |
|
| Pepper |
|
Directions
Thoroughly mix seasonings together with the flour
Using a medium cast iron skillet, melt a dollop of shortening at medium
heat
Season by liberally sprinkling the seasoning-flour mix on both sides of
the meat until gone
Place meat in skillet to fry
Cook meat until done |
